Disconnecting and unplugging can have profound benefits for your mental health and overall well-being. However, some users may experience feelings of anxiety or FOMO (fear of missing out) initially. It’s important to approach this habit gradually, allowing yourself to adjust. Consider setting specific times to unplug, which can help mitigate any negative feelings while fostering a healthier relationship with technology. Embrace this journey as a way to cultivate meaningful daily rituals and enhance your life balance.

Nope! The disconnect habit in fact, has a ton of positive effects. I just set a timer for an hour before i plan on going to sleep to plug in my phone until morning. It helps if you do any last things on it right before you plug it in so you don’t feel the need to do something on it. I also find that putting it on silent mode helps. I have an easier time falling asleep and I enjoy my hour if no screens. I hope this helped!
