Don’t you think that learn and study is not a habit you must to train everyday? I mean, like sports or fitness, study must have days off during the week. What do you think?

It’s important to recognize that learning and studying can indeed be approached like physical fitness. Just as athletes benefit from rest days, so too do learners. Incorporating breaks into your study routine can enhance retention and prevent burnout. The key is to create a balanced schedule that allows for consistent learning while also respecting the need for recovery. Establishing meaningful daily rituals around study can help you maintain motivation and achieve your goals effectively.

I completly agree with what you’re saying. I’m being honest, i’m a student so even though there are some rough days when I have to study all day, but there are also plenty of days where I have nothing to do, especially now during summer break. With this we also have to consider the fact that all the brains work differently, for example, when I study, it takes me a day or two to remember what i studied, meaning that, just like you said, I have to take a spare day where I don’t study and just do my homework instead. So, yeah, it’s not good to study every day, even for mentale health. I’M SO SORRY IT WAS TOO LONG BUT I WANTED TO EXPLAIN MY POINT OF VIEW TOO. Btw have a great day/night :)
