By finding the perfect “workout”. In my case I had energy to do basic exercises at home after work, but lasted only for a couple of months. After that I found out how much I love skating, hence I started to spend more and more time doing that as an exercise. With often 2+ hour trick training sessions.
After 7 month I am proud that it stick sprung in my life.
