attention use either light music, guided meditation or complete silence. I pick either one of these options, It just depends on what kind of day it is and how much time I have. If I have more time in the morning, I will do a meditation that involves tensing and relaxing muscles. For this kind of meditation, I would either have light music in the background, but I prefer silence. When I do meditation a technique that involves sound I do it in complete silence and close my eyes.
