The feeling that you should do something often arises from both internal desires and external influences. To discern your true purpose, reflect on what resonates deeply within you. Consider journaling or meditating to connect with your inner self. This practice can help clarify your motivations and align your actions with your authentic goals. Remember, understanding your purpose is a journey that involves developing meaningful daily rituals and habits that support your growth.

I think it comes from within. Your true self is inside you and it is usually correct in letting you know if you should do something. But even that needs help sometimes, and it doesn’t hurt to get some outside advice before deciding to do something. As for it being your true purpose, you have to look within. Does it feel right? Did it fulfill your mind, body, and soul? If so, then maybe that is your purpose.
