Do you prefer to change your breakfast daily or stick with one option for a longer time?

Having the same breakfast would encourage me not to eat at all because I would get bored. I say this because I stay with my parents, and it is easy as my mom makes breakfast. However, if I were to stay alone, eating the same thing would be the easiest way for me to make sure I eat breakfast everyday.

When i have a lot of ingredients and time at hand, I don't mind making different types of breakfast. But most of the time a routine is more suitable for me as I need to get ready quickly for the day.

I prefer to change my breakfast daily because when I eat something that I don’t have a taste for I seem to stay hungry. I don’t eat large portions because I’m working on getting my body in shape. I’m 42 years old and I’m starting to notice some unwanted extra weight gain. I have muscular dystrophy and being heavy doesn’t help with the constant loss

I generally have the same breakfast for the workdays. However, when it's weekend, I prepare a *fabulous* breakfast with new recipes to make myself enjoy the weekends

I switch it up between a few options through the week so I don't get tired of the same thing, but I mostly stick to the same 3-5 choices with an occasional random bonus choice.

I prefer to change my breakfast daily. I like variety and I get sick of eating the same thing over and over again. I have no problem with others doing it, but it’s not really my thing. Unless the breakfast is really good and healthy, then I might.

I personally find that sticking with an option for a period of time is better for keeping me consistent. For example I might do a morning smoothie for a week to a month, but right now I’m on eggs and fruit each morning with maybe a toast if I’m not running late. Keeping it consistent helps me to just make sure I get a good breakfast in. Hope this helps!

I stick with one option for a long time but sometimes I spice up my option a little. I eat oatmeal for breakfast. Some days I add nuts & berries, some days I keep it with just cinnamon and brown sugar. You can add protein powder, fruit, peanut butter, honey, whatever you truly desire.. and that’s what I “change up”. But the staple is always oatmeal.

It's depends about the food that I have if there's too much food I do something new but if there's the usual food I make same breakfast but I like to know and make new things so I change it many after 3 days

Changing my breakfast daily will be much more satisfying, but it will consume much more time. I usually stick with the same option everyday, although I’m conscious that changing it daily would be a better choice for me, I just feel like I have no time for that kind of preparation.

I prefer to have specific aspects repeated, like the fruits or proteins I eat with my breakfast the same everyday, but the main course is better when I have variation with it
