Use the proper toilet bowl cleaner and follow the instructions on the lable. Then of course keep it clean with the toilet bowl brush whenever the skid marks are still fresh.
No to be honest lol but maybe you could start by using some good smelling toilet cleaner and use that toilet brush thingy? I’m not sure lol
