I definitely do. I feel much calmer and more in control of what I’m feeling and how I’m expressing it, but it feels like a much more healthy and natural form of control (unlike what I’m used to which is almost like a forceful takeover of my emotions and emotional state). I also feel much more centered in my body and more connected to it. I also feel more relaxed which is why it is the last thing I do before I go to bed (I’ve noticed that I’m having an easier time falling asleep and I’m falling asleep faster than I used to).
I feel more settled. Especially my mind that is pretty busy after a work day. Meditating helps me to relax. Even in my work day I notice when my mind is too busy or I'm getting too stressed for no particular reason and can just turn it down a little bit by noticing that I'm stressed.
