LOL YES! I thought I was the only one. The warm water helps to ease the pain in my back and allows me to stretch easier.
I haven’t and sounds fun! Thanks for the tip! (But, is it safe? Consider a tub mat so you don’t slip while stretching???)

I've never tried that, but will try it tomorrow morning. Thanks for the tip! I love doing sun salutations before getting breakfast in the morning. It takes 5 mins and wakes up my whole body in a gentle way.
