Depends on what you’re eating. If you like junk food then eating too much of it is not recommended but once or twice in a month is okay. Same goes for sugar including food. If you’re eating it everyday then it will more sleepy and less energetic. Try to cut out food which make you feel lethargic.

Yes because it's better to eat what you enjoy instead of eating what you don't if you worry about it. It will cause stress and anxiety and potentially worse things so eat what you like
