Greek yogurt with fruit. If fresh fruit is inconvenient, buy bags of frozen berries and take a handful out to thaw in the fridge overnight so it’s ready to add to yogurt in the morning. You can add some granola or nuts for texture. Easy! And if you have a little bit more time, blend it with a banana and some milk for a breakfast smoothie.
