I have a very busy schedule, as do many people, and work 10 hours a day. How do you fit in time to go to the gym?

My mornings begin at 5am with feeding 18 indoor cats and 20 stray feral cats outside once that is done I meditate before morning routine of stretches and balance work. While I have a sit down job I do 10 chair leg raises each hour at my desk and arms I use an elastic band. I find this is good for those who sit I walk as much as weather permits but do use my treadmill three nights a week for no less then 20 minutes. I do another meditation prior to sleep
