Do you have a morning exercise routime? if yes, can you share please?

Movement is the first thing I do to start my day! I am still working on getting out of bed right away, but once I’m up, the goal is to get moving. It makes my body and mind feel energized to begin other tasks. I keep it short 15-30 minutes. Yoga is usually my go to… you can use Yoga with Adrienne on YouTube, she’s great!! I also use a free app called fit on that has a great selection of workout videos in a wide range of activities. Sometimes a morning walk on a sunny day is also great! Anything you enjoy that gets your body moving 🙂
