Yogurt, banana, milk, peanut butter. But instead of peanut butter, sometimes I use peanut powder instead of peanut butter to cut down on the calories while retaining all the benefits of peanut butter. When I have time, I will stir in Chia seeds or basil seeds to the smoothie at the end and let it sit For a few minutes until the Seeds are ready. Note: I found basil seeds at the Asian market.
