Usually I will take a protein shake on the go! And then I focus on having a well balanced lunch and dinner. I also do my best to prioritize time in the morning so that I can eat what I will need for the day. Prep is key!

When I don’t have time for breakfast I drink enough water to keep me going for a while and make sure to eat an energy giving food for lunch to sustain my energy through the rest of the day

I don’t have much of an answer however I’ve never and don’t want to skip breakfast because, having that meal is really important to me 😊
