Breakfast is the most important meal of the day so it’s important to have a nutritious breakfast to set up to do your best in your day. For my breakfast, I usually like to include carbs to fill me up along with fruit to provide vital vitamins and minerals. I do this by eating cereal with dried fruit in it or by adding my own fruit to plain cereal. Other options include a homemade fruit smoothie or fruit and yoghurt bowl followed by a slice of toast. Including fruit in your breakfast is a great way of increasing your daily fruit consumption. Portion size varies from person to person, but it is important to eat enough food to make you full until your lunch.
