I love going to gym now, so according to my knowledge in the past month, I take something which is balanced, high in protein, less in fats, kinda low on carbs too, and i pair with a drink to reduce inflammation and balance electrolytes of my body, as the drink contains, one glass of water which has salt, lemon, and ginger, I’ve reduced my salt and sugar in general so is take around 1-2 grams of salt in the drink, it usually didn’t felt right when I started, but now I feel like a different person, I see spike in my strength and vitality and i actually felt and mood is connected to food also, have a clean and balanced food to be clean and balanced yourself 😊👍🏻 (secret as I’m on leaning my daily macros look like this, protien around 200 gms, calories less than 2k, and I have started to eat very less processed food like raw vegetables such cucumber and it’s like to get me full in less amount of serving and also my most preferred cooking method is boiling for morning and night)

Depends on where I’m at in the week. If it’s a weekend, I take time to make 3 eggs, 3 pieces of toast with butter. If it’s the week and I’m getting kids ready, dropped off at school, and myself into the office on a time crunch, I’ll do one of two things: breakfast #1: 2 Greek oikos pro yogurts, each with 1-2tsp brown sugar (I’ll pack in a ziploc bag) and fruit if I have it in the house. That’s 40g of protein and some carbs in there. Breakfast #2: 1 cup of egg whites (the pasteurized ones in the carton) and 1/2 cup of whatever kool-aid I have made up for the kids. I drink that. It’s 26ish grams of protein and 8grams of carbs. If I have bananas I’ll pack 2-3 bananas and my kid peanut butter to eat those between patients to sustain me until I go home for lunch.
