As long as the rest of your diet is providing you the necessary daily nutrients you can eat whatever you want for breakfast. If you enjoy it, it makes you feel full and ready to start your day – that’s a meal. I get tired of food often and would struggle to eat the same breakfast every day. By eating the exact same meal every day you have given yourself consistency and nutrition you just need to make sure that throughout the rest of the day you’re feeding yourself enough protein veggies and fruit.

Yeah I think it’s really just a preference. Personally wouldn’t like having the same breakfast everyday, but if that works for you, great!

It’s easier and gets you less distracted by the numerous varieties of food.
