The best technique is wearing a Bonnet. My Bonnet never falses me especially when I have heartless curls. It keeps away frizz, it’s good to keep a hairstyle, and it helps by preventing breakage.

I read your question and I suggest the morocanoil frizz tamer and u can also use a leave-in conditioner after washing your hair , maybe from morocanoil or any drugstore products. Remember that expensive marques sponsored by influencers aren’t always the best and drugstore ones work just as well. Furthermore, to curl your hair prefer heatless methods like sock or anything else. Plus don’t forget to use a heat protector when straining or blow drying your hair to reduce breakage. Lastly, always sleep with your hair up or in a braid and u can also use a bonnet.
