Will sometimes I do my workout first then eat breakfast and sometimes I eat first but if I eat first I’m gonna wait like an hour or an half hour to be safe from throwing up and not be heavy

You can take a meal before excercise, which has protein and fibre in it. There should be 45 mins to 1 hour gap between the meal and excercise. Taking pre workout meal makes you more energetic than empty stomach.
