How many of you eat a high protein, low calorie breakfast, and how many grab a high fat or high carb low protein breakfast (donut, etc)? And does this differ from your normal routine or the one developed in childhood?

Is more related to how I’m raised at home: my family’s eating habits (eat whatever you want, don’t let yourself crave something without eating it; it isn’t woth it.) so, I grow up to eat everything I’d like to, and even when I try to eat healthy food than carbs, It’s not enough because our home’s main grocies focuses on “More carbs” than more vegetables or fruits. So, I end up not feeling full from vegetables, there, I eat more carbs.
And when I try so so hard, what holds me back after making progress is my sever mood swings, like the ones I experience on my monthly period.

And ofc, emotional eating when I’m super anxious or happy.
