Working out doesnโ€™t have to be an hour or more long. You donโ€™t have to max out reps every day. Your body didnโ€™t get unhealthy overnight, so realistically your body wonโ€™t get healthy overnight. Making small changes and doing shorter workout could be more beneficial and attainable for someone who has busy mornings. The thought of working out for an hour is enough to make me procrastinate until I donโ€™t have time. Iโ€™m more likely to workout if itโ€™s in short increments vs a dedicated time limit. Whole body health is a marathon, not a sprint. We all canโ€™t be Usain Boltโ˜บ๏ธ
