What do you have that others do not have?

Nawazish D.
What I have, and what sets me apart, is a unique blend of resilience and adaptability. Living with ADHD has its challenges, but it has also shaped me in ways that make me who I am today. I’ve developed a deep sense of self-awareness, learning to recognize when I need to slow down or shift my focus to stay on track. That self-awareness, combined with an unwavering determination to make things work, is something I genuinely value.

What I also have is a unique perspective—a way of thinking that’s creative, spontaneous, and often outside the box. It’s not always easy to channel, but when I do, it helps me find solutions or ideas others might not see. This perspective, along with my ability to see humor and positivity even in tough situations, gives me a unique edge.

Most importantly, I’ve learned to embrace support systems, whether it’s an app like this, loved ones, or strategies that help me manage and thrive. It’s not just about coping; it’s about finding tools and habits that work for me. I’m learning that progress doesn’t have to look perfect—it just needs to be mine.

So, what I have is the ability to keep going, learning, and growing, even when things feel overwhelming. It’s not about having it all together—it’s about having the courage to keep trying, and that’s something I’m proud of.
