With stress and a busy schedule, how do you make yourself actually clean?

In some 5 minute pausa I do I always find 2 minutes to just clean my work space and organize it, then when I go to work again I know where I have my stuff and then I do a 5 minute break again and clean up my work space better.

Clean your space, if your room and home is clean than you’ll feel less stressed, than yourself, mentally and physically. Take a shower and thinks about your day and way to improve the negativity you may have experienced.

Don't look at it as a chore. Look at it as a your doing a favour / a clean favour.
See it as time to relax and unwhine and express yourself through cleaning, make it fun. Turn on the radio or your favorite music that you like and rock out. ENJOY.
