When you want to begin a new book, do you follow a To-Be-Read list or do you follow your intuition?

I usually follow my intuition every time I decide on which book to read, but if I don't have any book that attracts my attention, I will just choose from my TBR list.

I always make a To-Be-Read list but it only stands as a recommendation for myself, just in case I don't know what to choose from but most of the time I go with my intuition. It's more fun and comfortable that way because I read what agrees with my mood and that's quite important for me. Reading should be spent like it's leisure, there shouldn't be any pressure.
