When you meditate, do you carry that sense of calm with you throughout the day?

Right now I've only been meditating at night and it helps me sleep. But I would like to try it in the morning as well so it can help keep me calm during stressful situations.

Usually I do! But some days that is just not possible. You will start the day off much more relaxed and positive though.

When we meditate slowly we will start controlling ourselves. And then we will be able to control our temper making us calm
