Going to bed earlier. Seeing what your body needs for sleep and when you feel the best. Tracking everything helps me get enough sleep but helps you feel rested when you wake up. Getting up around the same time everyday. Getting me time before the kids wake up. The house is nice and quiet for my Personal enjoyment.

It is important to go to bed early the night before and lay out what you want to get done in the morning . Also don’t snooze in the morning, get up and drink a cup of water.
