As far as speed, simplicity, and nutrition go, a smoothie is probably the way to go. For extra protein to keep you full longer you can add some seeds or protein powder. Also, smoothies can have a lot of variety, so they rarely get dull.

Oats, brown bread don’t use white bread milk u can add flavour powder to it but don’t drink coffee and apple or any fruit that is available. Hope it helps

A fried egg, with just a little bit of olive oil. Seasoned properly with salt and pepper and maybe a little oregano. Pair it with some juice, preferably orange.
