Hi, A small paper notepad. Every evening, I create the following day’s (or days’) Todo List based on what I haven’t done today. I then ABC the following day’s list and cross off everything I have done on the day. For repeat tasks I use a rounded arrow with a number (eg 7 if it needs repeating every week). I also use the back of each page to note: - things I am grateful for, and - things I did well with Good luck on your journey. HTH.
I found a list called the ultimate to-do task list and it literally covers everything. They have a free downloadable pdf on their site at realsimple.com
