What kinds of tea do you like to drink to relax or drink before bed?

I practice an alternative stress reliever technique which is simply tapping on meridian points in the body which move energy throughout the body. It is believed that tapping on certain points reduce cortisone, which reduces stress which facilitates relaxation, which induces sleep.

Any herbal, **caffeine free** tea! Even "decaf tea" can have a small amount of caffeine that can impact some people. So, I only do "caffeine free" at night.
I like lavender chamomile tea at night. "Organic Nighty Night" is one I have tried recently. Bedtime Soothing Caramel is very good & another new one I've tried.
Peppermint can be soothing to the stomach, if that is an issue at night.
