Proteins such as tofu, eggs, protein powder, etc. natural sugars from fruits, a banana, apple, cantaloupe, etc. Lots of water. tiny bit of grains for energy. And some source of fat such as tiny bit of peanut butter or avacado

I personally like having protein in my breakfasts because it is good fuel for the brain, such as eggs or sausages, even peanut butter, and some fresh fruits such as blueberries, blackberries or bananas as a treat to bring joy in the morning!
