I don't think It's able to burn fat with just one exercise. You have to have an exercise routine and If you want to lose weight, you should work out AT LEAST 20 mins (per day). I can recommend Chloe Ting as she shares free programs, I've done 2 programs of hers and ı got excellent results. And ofc you should be careful about what tou eat too.
this may seem extensive but it’s only one thing and not multiple and you can control how long or how far you go. Running is a pretty simple cardio exercise with numerous benefits
