A vegetarian breakfast I like that also keeps me full of energy during the day is a toasted bagel or toast with cream cheese and jelly/jam and a glass of almond milk. Adding fruit on the side is good also.
Vegetarian diets are not my thing. I prefer an ancestral lifestyle full of protein and healthy fats, like grass fed butter, organic pasture raised eggs and grass fed grass finished sausage. Can’t forget my postnatal vitamins and a D3 supplement.
