I would recommend a small bowl of yoghurt/ Greek yoghurt. Add some fruit of your choice and a sprinkle of honey or granola! 🙂

I find a cold glass of water helps to get you ready and prepared for breakfast. If you aren’t feeling like you want anything to each try a herbal or regular tea and see how you feel after a hot drink. You could also try eating some fruit as a lighter breakfast option. The more regularly you begin to change your morning routine the more your body will be ready to engage with breakfast and kick start you into the day.

Buckwheat porridge with a touch of butter and honey. Technically it is not a grain, but seeds with high level glycemic index and more nutritions than oats or quinoa. And statistics shows that people with cancer lives longer if buckwheats added to diet. And if you want to have even more nutritious meal you should not to boil them but just pour some water and leave overnight… p.s. some people choose buckwheat with salty/meaty sauces or spices instead of sweet things like honey or jam….

Hello! You can always make a sandwich with some vegetables in the morning.
Or you can make banana pancakes, with a fruit smoothie on the side.
One of my personal favorite breakfasts next to scrambled eggs, is making a thyme and olive oil sandwich with mango juice aside.
Hope that helped!!

If you prepare buscuits correctly you could eat them plain or with a little bit of butter and the carbohydrates will give you energy to start the day with, and in my experience bread products dont hurt my stomach as a person who gets morning sickness easily, i personally eat eggs a lot but buscuits would also do just fine to help.

I recommend a breakfast that contains yoghurt, some fruit or vegetables (what you prefer) and a slice or two of bread or some cereal.

Some foods you can eat that are very filling are avocados With wheat toast with some string cheese, if you want some fruit, and water. You can also eat yogurt. These foods are very filling. Make sure to drink lots of water!💕

I would recommend a bowl of oatmeal mixed with a variety of seeds and some fruit. It's a very filling breakfast but not too heavy, I hope it helps!

I recommend first drinking some water to wake your stomach up. Toast works well, you can start with buttered toast. If you’re going to have a drink with it in the morning, I recommend putting collagen in. You can also try buttermilk pancakes.

I would eat a smoothie bowl. But make sure to put lots of fruits in your bowl so it fills you up. You could put 2 bananas with blueberries and berries and some non dairy milk (I use coconut milk). It’s really good for you and super tasty as well. My favorite toppings for the smoothie bowl are granola and strawberries. You can also search up a bunch of tasty ones online.

Yoghurt with granola cereal and fruit. You could also add chia seeds, nuts, protein or some other vitamin powder. It has enough carbohydrates for a morning boost, but also fat, protein and fibers to keep you full til lunch

I think cereal helps, I eat oats with oat milk and some grilled or boiled kumaras or potatoes on the side with herbs. A smoothie on the side is cool too 🤩

You will be able to eat cereal with milk or else you can try toast with a low calorie butter with a fruit and nuts. It's amazing and tasty

A nice protein smoothie or oatmeal with flax seeds is always a go-to for me and will actually settle your stomach in the morning.

Oatmeal. You could try making a nice breakfast bowl with oatmeal, milk/yoghurt, nuts and fruits. I really love this but don't eat it much cause I prefer having something more savoury for breakfast.

Any type of greens, and i personally rather have a hot drink like tea or water with honey and lemon as it keeps me fasted and more focused for longer. (Makes you feel better and plethora of other benefits)
