I find it really hard to set time aside for reading, how do you do it?

Finding time for something is different for each person. But something we all have to do is sleep and wind down after the day. So when I get into bed, I read a book for a while, and it never fails to help me sleep and relax after a busy day. When you get into bed after just checking emails, or finishing that episode of the show you’re watching, grab a book and read a chapter or 2. This should help you relax and calm your mind. I always set the mood for reading. I first pick a book I’m really interested in then get a hot tea or coffee. I light a candle and get cozy and curled up with a book. To avoid distractions I will often put on headphones with some calming music
