How to keep remembering why are you doing it, to keep wanting and being motivated?

Every day we wake up, we need to choose ourselves. We need to look in the mirror and say, “I choose you today, I’ve got your back, and I’m going to help you.”
I don’t know your situation, but for me, lack of motivation comes from a feeling of being undeserving, but everyone, EVERYONE, is deserving of a chance to make themselves better. Some days it’s much harder than others, but focus on one moment at a time, and be your own best friend. You’ll never find another one like you 😊

I know what I want my life to look like. I feel like by envisioning it, I’m making what I think more real each time I choose to keep working on new healthy habits. I want what I’ll accomplish after I take all the baby steps. The peace of knowing I’m the best version of me I can be.
