I don’t know your situation, but for me, lack of motivation comes from a feeling of being undeserving, but everyone, EVERYONE, is deserving of a chance to make themselves better. I know what I want my life to look like. I feel like by envisioning it, I’m making what I think more real each time I choose to keep working on new healthy habits. I want what I’ll accomplish after I take all the baby steps. The peace of knowing I’m the best version of me I can be.
