Probably about 50% of the time. I often put too much on my plate and then don't finish everything. I tend to overwhelm myself
I feel like i already have a strong grasp on eating a lot of vegetables and drinking water so it isnt really that hard for me to do that
I do most of the time, the only time I don’t is when my routine changes. For example if I go somewhere, like to someone else’s house, I usually forget to do or mark my goals.
