I must drink 6-8 cups per day, however all different types. Matcha in the morning, herbal in the afternoon with fruit & chamomile at night time. I also have regular teas, & coffee & water in between.

there's no such thing as "too much tea" !!
tea is really good for our body, different kind of teas have different properties so I suggest not worrying too much about the quantity, but more on remembering to drink it!
it relieves your stress and anxiety, calms down your stomach ache or headache and this is why in my opinion they're just so useful!
