I used to read 2-3 books a week till I went to college. Something changed and I was never able to read more than a couple of pages together at a time.
Three years ago, I took up the Goodreads reading challenge. 12 books a year. I completed 5.
Gave it another shot last year, got closer. Completed 10 books
Buoyed by the progress, I took up 15 books as the target. Currently on my 13th.
Long way to go to make it a consistent habit but the Challenge really helped
