How do you stay focused throughout your meditation session?

You don‘t have to be focused every second. The more important thing is to notice when you don‘t. Just observe your focus and also how your attention shifts away. It is not very easy so be gentle to yourself. If you notice your attention shifts -which is hard- just try to focus on your breathing again. What matters is your ability to tune back in. If you can‘t do that just watch your attention from far. And make a mental note of where it went away. Next time maybe try to not think about that thing. You will be okay. 🩷
