How do you manage to get up at the same time every morning?

Alarm and I make sure to do at least one physical activity a day, so I'm tired enough to fall asleep that night. That way when my alarm goes off it's easier to pull myself out of bed the next day.

I realised I feel better and I am more inspired. Sometimes I got headache. So to prevent those negative feelings the change was more easy. Plus I realised I don't have that interesting things to do late at night. So I made plan that have more activities before night.

Its difficult bcz I still cannot do it.. the best i manage is to still cover all my activities in the schedule. I believe its not about doing everything but the most of wht you can.
