Stay focused on your goal. Talk to people around you to help keep you accountable to that goal. For me for me it's trying to lose a certain number of pounds before my wedding. I have friends and family keeping me accountable to my goal. You also have to make a promise to yourself to remain honest with those accountability partners. The hardest part of the journey is forming the habits, once those habits are formed it will be easier to maintain them.
I do everything first when i wake up, I don't care with everything, just do it, than i begin unconscious do all that long, i will do it, bismillah
