How do you find moments to read during your day?

I get up early, so I have time to have a healthy breakfast and then read. Also when I’m off work I take some time to read.

I read in bed to wind down before I sleep, that's the only time I find I have to do it. I think scheduling time to read might help, set an alarm to read then read for 20-30 minutes and try to keep to the same time every day, you might find that it comes naturally after a while.

Today I tried to write instead of reading. I wrote two essays for my Turkish class. A few minutes ago I found a book in my library which is mom's. It is about being attractive and gaining others' attraction. I read a few pages. I belive that it is going to be very effective in my life.

I used to want to read but could never seem to find the time or I would simply put on Netflix. Then I realised that if I have a few books on the go, I would always want to read one of them when I got into bed instead of watching TV. Variety for me is key. I also carry around a book with me everywhere in case I get stuck somewhere or a meeting is delayed. I hope that helps

I read in bed before falling asleep, every single night. I often read while eating breakfast, and bring a book with me any time I may need to wait: fie an appointment, a bus, a friend.
