I sincerely enjoy it, there is no other way to keep me engaged. I try to chose the books I suspect I'll enjoy. Overall, reading feels like a sort of meditation, I'm engulfed by the book and it's hard to let go once you've started

Choose a good book and sit in a peaceful, comfortable place. Read daily on the same time so that you remember the next day it's time to read

I try to find books that I get really envolved with, they don't have to be learning books, or self confidence ones, I just choose a nice reading for everyday.
I also try to picture it not as a chore, or a must do, just something that calms me down and makes me live another reality. Also, replacing a Tv show for one or two chapters of a book has made me a much communicative person, and keep in mind to always read at your time, taking it slow and enjoying every sentence of the book๐๐

I always justify it by thinking of how much time I spend on my phone each day, especially right before bed. So instead of reaching for my phone at night before turning out the lights. I try to put the phone down, set my alarm, and then set a timer. Even if only for 15 minutes before I turn the lights out. Just as iโm nodding off. I find that is my best time to get my reading in. I would spend more than 15 minutes scrolling social media, or playing a game. And reading can be so much more fulfilling.
