Non fiction books like biographies of successful people or self-develop/help books about : financial, psychology, everyday habits everything you can think about.

And also learn to enjoy fiction books to that keeps it fun👍🏼👍🏼

I found for me that it was best for me to do my meditations at the same time each day/night until it became more natural for me to do meditation each day and it would feel like something was off if I didn’t. My favourite app is InsightTimer which has over 10,000
