I love me some overnight fridge oats. They’re fast and easy to prepare the night before, and they’ll be ready to go with you in the morning. Fridge oats’ got carbohydrates, fiber, protein and fats topped off with berries or fruit so the breakfast will have you energised, full, satisfied and happy with stable energy levels for a long time. I like mine with rolled oats, oat milk and protein-rich greek yogurt with honey and crunchy peanut butter topped off with berries. Use a glass jar that’s easy to grab and go in the morning!
