I usually drink tea in the morning before breakfast or with breakfast. So it’s depends on what I’m eating for breakfast or the time I wake up.
I drink tea usually at night not every day but I really drink hot tea when I’m not feeling well are usually don’t really have anything to eat when I’m drinking it… Ha ha one of the only times I’m not munching on some thing thanks for the question💙
