Not really, actually. Sometimes I look for prompts, but when I journal, I allow it to be organic and just write about what I’m thinking and feeling in the moment, or treat it as a recounting of events.

Yes, I have a few headings which I consistently use including: what I am grateful for; what my intentions are for the day; what actions I am inspired to do for the day; and then I reflect on how I felt and how well these actions went in the day.
