Good question! When I’m studying i keep a note book next to me and while I’m studying i write the keywords on that book, and write the important ideas using colors then i draw a small table that contains everything i learned. Good luck!!

I personally find it helpful to write down the things I need to remember (with a blue pen; you'll remember it better than in other colours!), and if it's something really important I highlight it with a colourful marker. I change the colour of the marker every time I start something new
