How do you fit exercise into a busy life

I find that waking up early to intentionally put myself first, and exercise right at the start of the day is the best way to make my exercise happen. It’s not about fitting it in though; it’s about prioritising it. To get the hour I need for me at the start of the day, I have to put myself to bed an hour earlier at the end.. Sleep should also be a non-negotiable thing you do for you!
